Volunteer sign up is live!

SEAF volunteers setting up the walls for SEAF 2018

Building an Exhibition

Oh, most fantastic darlings, it is that time again!  Volunteer sign up is live, and so many opportunities await you daring few who will join us in making this feast of erotic art happen!

Whether you can volunteer this year or not, please log into your volunteer account within the next month to indicate you are still interested in volunteering.

While checking out our volunteer opportunities for this year, please:

♥ Review your profile thoroughly; fill in any missing information (like DOB) and check for errors.
♥ Check out the updated volunteer perks!
♥ It is no longer necessary to specify a preference for an assignment to see it on the schedule. To help our leads reach out to those interested in shifts, please be sure to review and clear out any old preferences that no longer apply. If there are still open shifts needing to be filled, they will be visible if you meet any noted prerequisites – such as Security or Docent training.  You won’t see Security or Docent shifts until you meet the prerequisites.

To view available shifts and schedule yourself for a shift, please log into the Volunteer Information Center (VicNet) using the email address from last year. If you have any trouble signing in, please do not create a new account. Instead, please reach out to us and we’ll assist with verifying your account and resetting your password as needed. If you believe you may have multiple accounts, please let us know and we will merge them into a single account for you.  And of course, if you’re new, sign on up!  We are so excited for both our returning volunteers and our new recruits!

To access VicNet, click the “Log In and Manage Shifts” button found here. For assistance with issues logging into Volgistics or if you have questions about volunteering – e-mail us at volunteer@seattleerotic.org

Tutorials for Volgistics, our volunteer system:

How to Sign-in and Sign-out at VicTouch.
How to Use VicNet on Mobile Devices.
How to Use VicNet on desktop/laptop.

We will have a self-sign in kiosk at the volunteer window again this year. We will be sending tutorials and your VicTouch PIN in a separate email closer to the Festival. Please watch for that and have your PIN available when you arrive for your shifts. We will still be available to provide assistance, but we hope to relieve some of the check in delays by adding this option.

And once again, we are SO EXCITED to have you all help us make SEAF go!  As a volunteer run event, we really cannot do it without you, and we are grateful you give to us your energy, your passion, and your time.  Thank you.
