Join us on Saturday, March 1st in celebrating the Seattle Erotic Art Festival with our prestigious membership program, the Art Activist Society.

You are cordially invited to an exclusive soirée benefiting the Seattle Erotic Art Festival. We are pleased to host you at Gallery Erato, Seattle’s year-round home of erotic art. Join us for an evening of performances, live music, a unique way to participate in the art and support the festival, and a sneak peek at the 2025 selected art.

Sneak Preview

One of the most exciting parts of this evening, is the preview of what SEAF2025 will offer. A slideshow of accepted and invited visual artists will be playing throughout the evening. Jurors and curators will be on hand to share stories about why particular pieces of art were chosen. The Festival Director, Sophia Sky, will reveal exciting details about festival plans. Art Activists have the first opportunity to purchase visual art at the Black Tie Affair.  What better way to avoid the disappointment of seeing a red dot on the piece of art you fall in love with?

Art Docents will be on hand to answer questions about art and process sales. All art that is purchased at the Black Tie Affair will be available for pick up at the end of the Festival on Sunday, May 4th. Art Activists that cannot join us at the Affair will be provided an online gallery to preview the art.

Entertainment

This year’s Performance Co-Curators, Ophelia Dagger and DasBee have gathered a team of Seattle’s most decadent performers to assist in the curation of SEAF’s performances. A few of them will be joining us on and off the stage during the evening to give a little taste of what is to come.

Past SEAF muralist Myron Curry is bringing a very special experience to the evening: Myron will invite guests to join him in a collaborative process to start a painting that will be showcased at the festival!

Nibbles and Desserts

This year’s culinary fare is centered on the theme of revelry so be prepared to enjoy a playful assortment of desserts. These delicious treats are perfect for your after-dinner nibbling pleasure.

This year, we are delighted to welcome Simone of the The Cheeky Fig as our guest chef. Simone is carefully crafting the menu to please anyone’s palate while respecting our more sensitive patrons’ dietary needs. Many of these decadent bites will be gluten-free. Check back soon for what treats will await you. Definitely make sure you eat dinner before arriving, but leave room to at least sample the treats of the evening.

Chef Simone Sellers has been hamming it up long before entering the Seattle baking scene in 2008. Since graduating from Seattle Culinary Academy in 2016, she has been making cakes and cookies with an edge for friends that always evoke a big laugh.

The Cheeky Fig is a perfect marriage of Simone’s two greatest passions: Clowning and Baking. Through signature sculpted cakes, beautifully decorated cookies, and a relentless undercurrent of wit, The Cheeky Fig is bringing the Seattle area bakes that will delight, entice, charm and tickle every fancy.

Libations from our no-host bar will be on hand to help wash down your tasty treats, as well as a complimentary mocktail created just for the evening.

More ways to support the Festival

Buy raffle tickets for a chance to win baskets filled with sexy goodies from our sponsors, supporters, and donors. Raffle tickets will be on sale for $5 each, or $40 for an inseam or bust measurement in tickets.

This year’s raffle baskets are still being assembled and will feature art from previous festivals, as well as items and treats from donors and some of our wonderful sponsors. This year we are pleased to feature offerings from Seattle Boylesque Festival, Seattle Fetish Ball, and MoPop.

Dress to Impress

Our idea of “black tie” is more risqué than the average cocktail party, so feel free to wear those outfits you don’t normally get to pull out of your closet!

For of those of you who enjoy costuming more than formal- or fetish-wear, we invite you to join us by dressing on the theme of “Revelry”. Creative interpretation is encouraged. When in doubt, wear what makes you feel fancy or sexy.

Bonus points for incorporating a facemask into your outfit to protect our more vulnerable community members.
