Five individuals sit on our visual art jury: an artist, an art professional (often a gallery owner), an art collector, a sex-positivity activist, and a Festival committee member. Jury members are selected by the Festival Director and Exhibition Curator. Each year, the membership is new, except under special circumstances or on the basis of expertise in the realm of erotic art.

Mark, Erotic Art Collector
Mark has been a resident of Seattle for 15 years, a member of various kink scenes for 20 years, and an enthusiast of well-made erotica for 30 years.
Brom, Fantasy Sci-Fi Artist
Over the past decades, Brom has lent his distinctive visions and artwork to all facets of the creative industries, from novels and games, to comics and film. He is also the author of a series of award-winning illustrated horror novels: Krampus the Yule Lord, The Child Thief, The Plucker, and The Devil’s Rose. Tracy Cilona, Gallery owner, Educator, Artist, & Curator
Tracy has been working in the arts and entertainment fields for two decades, with extensive expertise in event production and promotion. After earning her MFA, she began to concentrate more exclusively in the visual arts, working as an educator, artist and curator. She has lived in Seattle for close to a decade, working in and studying the city’s nightlife and art scene, with teaching roles at the University of Washington, Green River Community College and the University of Puget Sound. She is currently on staff at the Photographic Center Northwest, the coordinator of the South Seattle Community College art gallery and co-curator of the independent artist duo, DameBuilder. Through her work as a gallery coordinator and curator, she has the pleasure to present multiple exhibits of local and national artists at art spaces and venues throughout Seattle. Her new collection of work is called The Suffrajetsetter’s Series and includes found materials, xerox transfer and embroidery. Oh, and one more thing… she lives in and LOVES West Seattle!
Heather Lanier, Committee Member & Volunteer
Heather has been involved with the Seattle Erotic Art Festival for five years. This is her third year as Art Sales Manager. She has modeled for artists and photographers for decades, and has studied drawing and painting. She loves art and artists, and is committed to the success and wonder of the Seattle Erotic Art Festival.
Mollena Williams, Activist
Mollena is an award-winning, critically acclaimed writer, actress, BDSM educator, and storyteller. Her written works include “The Toybag Guide: Taboo Play,” “Playing Well With Others: Your Guide to Discovering, Exploring and Navigating the Kink, Leather and BDSM Communities” (with Lee Harrington,) and essays appearing in Tristan Taormino’s anthology “The Ultimate Guide to Kinky Sex.” Mollena’s perspective on BDSM is sought after by news sources such as the New York Times, Huffington Post, Newsweek, Essence, and Ebony; she is a frequent guest expert on Dan Savage’s “Savage Lovecast” and a featured educator with KinkAcademy.com. Her experimental short film “IMPACT.” debuted at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and has screened in the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia in Cinekink 2013. Mollena is International Ms. Leather 2010 and Ms. SF Leather 2009; she was honored with the 2012 Jack McGeorge Award for Excellence in Education in BDSM; and she is thrilled to have won the the National Leather Association’s Cynthia Slater Non-Fiction Article Award in both 2011 and 2012.
