Artists and performers, don’t forget to submit your works and/or proposals: our Call for Art ends January 15th! We’ve received hundreds of submissions (thank you!), and would love to receive hundreds more before we close down the Artist Portal. If you are a visual, literary, store/retail, or performance artist who loves to explore their creativity through eroticism, we encourage you to apply. Below is everything you need to know as you for the 2017 Call for Art.

You’ll also find lots of great information in our For Artists section, including submission guidelines, deadlines, and FAQs. Submit your art for consideration by using the Artist Portal.
We are also accepting submissions for the following performance art categories: Stage and Ambient/Roaming.
- Stage: interactive performances, dance, theatre, burlesque/boylesque/draglesque/all-lesque, music/singing, improv, fetish/kink performances, etc. (up to 3 proposals may be submitted)
- Ambient: roaming performances including dance, movement, improv, music/singing, silent performances, visual art, fetish/kink performances, costuming, etc. The main requirement for these performances is that they move around the event floor. Create intimate, hyper-local experiences for our lovely guests throughout the festival (up to 3 proposals may be submitted)
Read more about the differences between stage and ambient performances, including how/where to go to submit performance proposals for each category, in our recent news post: ‘Performance Artists, We’re Looking for You!’! We also encourage you to read through the Submission Guidelines for a plethora of information on how to submit your proposal.
In Case You’re Wondering…
Artists from across the world ages 18 and older, of all genders, orientations, ethnicities, etc.— we encourage you to submit your art for consideration. In terms of styles we accept, our only requirement is that your work is “erotic”; however you choose to define the word. Each year, we select a new jury so that no interpretation of erotic goes unnoticed (don’t believe us? Check out photos from our previous festivals). And if you’re worried about confidentiality, we’ve got you covered. Artists are allowed to exhibit/perform under professional names or pseudonyms. We’ll never tell as long as you don’t.
So…are you ready? Head over to the Artist Portal to start your submission. We’ll be waiting!
