Hey there, you amazing art festival fans! We’re all counting down to everyone’s favorite weekend of sexy art in May. That means it’s time to get the word out that we need you. Yes, you! No, really, you, right there reading this! SEAF needs volunteers to make this boldly provocative event become everything it can be. First time volunteering? Ask us anything, don’t even worry about it. Long time SEAF veteran? It can still help to have an introduction. Things change year to year. Maybe you took a year off. Maybe you just heard about SEAF from a friend yesterday and have no idea where to start. Either way, you should absolutely check out the SEAF 2025 Volunteer Orientation and Q&A Sessions!
Join other lovers-of-SEAF (and those who are just curious) for info and meeting like-minded folx as we organize and explore how everyone can help make this festival happen. We’ll review general information, run you through the many available opportunities, and let you know which volunteer roles require special training, and when those will be.
Join us March 30!
Sunday, March 30, join us at Gallery Erato (309 1st Ave S Seattle 98104) from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for the SEAF 2025 Volunteer Orientation. Attending is a great opportunity to meet department heads, get a better idea of the different positions available, and ask every question you might have about volunteering. The first hour will be a general orientation, and after that different departments will host specialized trainings for the positions that need a little prep before you can jump in.
SEAF is a volunteer-powered event, and we welcome, need, and celebrate all sorts of help and support. You don’t need to have a particular skillset or experience, you just need to want to help. We’ll have a spot for you.
Q&A Sessions
If you just can’t make it to the Orientation on March 30, don’t even worry about it! We have online Q&A sessions. Join us on any of the following dates via Zoom to get a rundown of what volunteering is like and ask any question you might be noodling on.
